Shaare Zedek UK was formed in the late 1940s with the sole aim of supporting the Shaare Zedek Medical Centre in Jerusalem. Originally known as the ‘British Council of Shaare Zedek’, Shaare Zedek UK is based in North West London with an office in Manchester.

Shaare Zedek UK raises vital funds to support the work of the Shaare Zedek Medical Centre in Jerusalem. The hospital combines Jewish values and traditions with world-class standards of medical excellence and treats every patient equally and without discrimination.

They continue to support the hospital, enabling it to provide front-line services throughout Jerusalem.
